Descendants of Samuel Megaw and Nancy Millar

Samuel D. Megaw was born ca. 1795, probably in County Antrim, Ireland. His wife, Nancy Millar, was born in 1791 and died in Ireland in 1861. Following her death, Samuel emigrated to the United States, and was living in Scott County, Iowa in 1870.

Can you help with the Megaws listed on this headstone from the Ahoghill Old Churchyard Cemetery in County Antrim, Northern Ireland? John Megaw at the top is the son of Samuel and Nancy, and I can identify his wife and two children, James and Eliza. I need help with Robert, a “relative” and William, wife Charlotte, and daughter, Jane, at the bottom. I corresponded with Jane before her death in 2004, and she indicated she was “descended from” Eliza, but I’m not sure how. If you have any further information about their connection, please contact me.
